Another Friday and another request for interview availability from EY scheduling. How many more of these live HireVue video interviews will I have to participate in before they make a decision? Interviewing for a SM role in Consulting.
Completed 4 rounds already (1 M, 1 SM, 2 MDs). Received an email today asking for my availability over the next 2 weeks for another video interview. Ughh!

How much does the case interview contribute to assessment at PL//EM/SM and above? Is it less than at the associate / con levels?

Interested in applying to Accenture Federal Services. Can anyone explain what the “++” means at the end of the job title? What is the title ranks order for example staff, senior, manager, etc for consulting? Anyone in process improvement or optimization willing to provide some insight?

I have an initial interview with PwC SF practice, Techno Functional analyst position. Interview is for 30 minutes. Interviewer is senior manager analyst. What should I expect? Culture fit questions or Technical? Any other pointers? Interview is this week.

I have received an invite from EY for interview. The first interview is with partner followed by senior manager? Is this usually the lineup? What can I expect in the partner round? Generally, partner round is the last one so just curious!

As a person who referred someone, can I post a feedback to the recruiter for the bad experience my friend had to go through with this super rude SM? Interviewed for a SM role at Accenture. Situational and with 2 other SMs for a smallish group. Last SM said to “expect a package next”. It’s been a week and nothing. Not even sure I would want the position, so hesitating reaching out, but I assume they’re interviewing others (or I’m being ghosted). Normal? It was a bit of a bizarre experience, which is another reason for my hesitation.

How is EY's recruitment process? Had my initial phone screening three weeks ago and then a first round interview via Hirevue with a senior manager but haven't heard anything since. Was wondering when should I follow up but not too sure on the timeline.

Interviewing for an Associate Partner role at MBB, currently big 4 SM with base at $240k. What would be a good base? The range online is pretty vast. 11 yrs consulting experience + 5 years industry prior to consulting. Thanks

After 2 months preparation and intensive interviews, I scored 4 offers:
Salesforce CSG: program architect, 150k base, 48k Rsu/4 years , 5k signing
Accenture federal services: senior manager level L6 tech architect, 190k base, 30k Rsu/3 years, 30k signing
Pwc: senior manager, 195k base, 30k signing.
West Monroe: architect, no breakdown yet, TC estimate around 200k.

What qualities would you say set apart a manager from senior manager in an interview? Big4/ACN specific

Interviewed at FAANG for a technical role couple of weeks ago and got rejected but the HM liked my background and experience and referred me to another role which is a senior level role(Senior Manager). Have an interview scheduled next week. I’m currently SC at PwC and not sure how to proceed with SM role. Can someone provide tips for the interview? Want to get out of consulting as quickly as possible.

Is there a level in consulting at which case interviews are no longer relevant (like manager or senior manager), or will you always be expected to complete a case as part of an interview at a good firm?

What is it like to interview at D? Is it normal to interview with SC, M, SM before interviewing with partners? Are the virtual interviews recorded?

I'm interviewing at a company that EY audits, and just found out a manager and senior manager I've worked with closely in the last will be joining that audit team this summer. Would that make it weird to work there?

Please share your thoughts on what to do : got a decent offer from company A, $18k over my current pay. Have fast track interview tomorrow with company B. Expect similar package as company A. Will go out of country for vacation for two weeks, company C (big 4) is scheduling interviews in 2 weeks. Just had initial talk with Company D recruiter this morning. Role at A/B/D are senior tech roles while company C is a senior manager role. TBC below.

If a Senior Manager / Director from a Big 4 wants to jump to MBB or T2 (think OW, Kearney, LEK), what level could they aspire for? Consultant is too many levels down, is Engagement Manager / Project Leader etc possible and if so, recommended? Or is the advice not to jump and stick till Partnership at Big 4? (I am in the midst of an advanced round interview at a MBB and at a T2, but the levels have not been discussed very weirdly in both the cases)

Am I in the wrong here? I had an internal interview directly after a virtual social event so I showed up dressed in a suit. When my coworkers asked why i am leaving a gave an honest answer about how I love working with customers and the days without customer calls and working 10 hours straight are just exhausting. Someone from that call passed that on to my senior manager and I just had a really uncomfortable call with my SM about being negative and demoralizing the team.

I am a newly promoted manager (~5months), I'm interviewing for manager at another big 4 (homegrown, so need better comp haha). 1st round was behavioural with a Partner and SM, but final round is with two newly promoted SMs. This doesn't add up. Has anyone had a similar experience? Why would they have more junior people do the final round interview? Thanks in advance!
