I have an interview for a KPMG Associate Director role and am currently a Senior Manager at PwC. Is this considered a lateral based on the two firms or is it a step up? Any idea what the pay range is for the AD role at KPMG?

In interviews, I clicked *really* well with the partner, and reasonably well with the SM.

Then the opposite experience for another firm; reasonably well with partner, really well with SM.

Have an interview at Accenture coming up soon - consists of several interviews directly with MDs (resume, cases, closing—if successful). They’ll assign a job level (consultant, manager, senior manager) based on the interviews. I’m trying to gauge what base and TC ranges I’m looking at. It’s a niche practice within and I have 15+ YOE in this niche area. Would appreciate any guidance or data points.

Hey all! Anyone know what the AMEX band/level hierarchy is compared to Deloitte? Conscious it varies based on team and geography but generally speaking is a M/SM at AMEX akin to a C/SC at Deloitte? Experienced SC here applying for the M/SM at AMEX and it's starting to feel like the AMEX role is way more junior than my current one at Deloitte as far as responsibilities, pay, etc. Thanks!

(1) is a Publicis Sapient Director same as a Deloitte SM?
(2) are case studies part of normal hiring process at director level
(3) what’s the base pay range for the Director level (and also the bonus potential)

Currently an Associate Manager (which is the level below Manager in ACN Tech) and applied for a Manager role at big4. I have 7.5 YOE. I’ve completed all interview stages already. The salary I’m demanding is too high so they are considering offering SM after I come back for another interview. Bad move or good opportunity?

Is it appropriate to ask about the comp/benefits the partner group makes at a regional consultancy I’m interviewing with (top 30)? At B4 I know I’d start around 300k in my practice, great pension, etc. Obviously it depends on growth of the firm (300mil rev last year, projecting 1B by 2026) but I’m just not sure how to go about it. I’m already a senior manager so just don’t want to join somewhere with not much room for growth even if I do join partnership.

Applying for a Product Owner position at a Pharma company for one of their Salesforce orgs, which is my long term goal. However, the position is at M level and high end of salary band is $160k base, which is the level/base I’m at now.
I’ll be up for promo to SM in the coming months, so wondering if I’m selling myself short going for a lateral or possible step down for the role. Ctd

Hey all, been targeting big tech roles within analytics and have had solid success getting interviews although landed nothing yet (amazon google Coinbase PayPal). I have 5YOE within analytics consulting.

A recruiter reached out for Senior Manager Data Science role within IT Audit. Comp would be ~200k. Went thru the interviews and expecting an offer next week.

Should I just decline and hold out for big tech? Kind of torn, it’s a unique opportunity to be a SM with direct reports at 5YOE.

How many video 1:1 interviews have you participated with EY? I thought this process would have been concluded 2 weeks ago have interviewed for almost 3 months with 7 different people ( HR - via Phone, 1 subordinate, 1 peer, 2 MDs, 2 Partners ) for a SM opening in consulting. Completed the last one on Monday. Every week I wonder if I will be receiving an offer call or another email from the scheduling team.

Interviewing for a strategy role at a well established startup by an ex Deloitte SM that left a few months ago. Any tips on what they will be looking for or how to best position myself to resonate with them?

So just interviewed for a Revenue Agent position supposed to receive initial offer within the next couple of weeks based on what the manager was saying. Part of me definitely likes the idea of a 40hr work week with no other crazy obligations/metrics or needing to do extracurricular stuff to get a bump in pay. The manager guy said generally they put you at a low step so pay obviously isn’t spectacular. Now entering my 3rd year as a SM is it worth taking a pay hit or would you try industry?

I got interviewed at PwC for Associate role in Delivering Deal Value (DDV) practice. The interview was taken by a senior manager. It was a good experience (around 30 mins duration). He told me that the next round would be conducted by director. But it's been more than 15 days since the interview and there is no communication for further rounds. Does it confirm a rejection?? It would be great if someone could give some clarity in this as it was a dream role for me.
