Considering offer at infosys for an associate consultant role. Currently an “associate software engineer” at Accenture. Is it the same level?

Hi, I've received an offer for a software engineer role with a company in Berlin. This is the TC they quoted, and I'm wondering if it's comparable for the area. 70k€ per year, no stock, and a relocation bonus of 2.5k€, as well as 1 month of housing in Berlin.

What would you prefer:
1. Software Engineer with 5LPA
2. Senior Software Engineer with 4.8LPA
Does position or grade really matter in IT industry?

What organizations hire entry level software engineers with only internship experience? I have a friend who is 29 with a BA in finance who recently completed a software engineer boot camp with per scholars. She just completed a 4 month internship with a fintech. She is a black, masculine presenting lesbian and has a hard time landing a role. She is feeling really down about it.

It’s performance review season and the end of the year, so I’ve been reflecting on my next steps in my role as a Software Engineer. I’m a bootcamp grad so I don’t have much insight into the nuances of the IC path going forward. What are other SWE doing 4+ years into your careers?

I recently interviewed at GoJek and cleared all of the rounds. I even got a call from HR that you have been selected for the senior software engineer role. He then asked me my expected salary. Which i gave a ballpark figure of 28 Laks PA. Since then it has been 3 days and I haven't heard back. Should i call him back and quote a lower price? Need your advice here.

I sent a canned email from a template like I typically do but this guy got super angry. He sent an email saying horrible things to me, I'm pretty sure he found my Facebook and made a fake account to harass me, etc. I rejected guys from dates and they never took it like this guy did when I rejected him for the job. The job is an entry-level software engineer position. We had so many candidates apply and sadly we couldn’t take him. I told my boss and its being taken care of. Should I expect more of that in the future?

My husband was affected by covid related layoffs this morning from a cybersecurity product company.
