Hello people! Anyone working in EY UK? Can you give an insight on the salary range for a Consultant in Business/Technology Consulting?

What’s the salary for a Consultant in EY? CCaSS team

L.E.K. might have taken a good step to restart a referral bonus. ZS already gives the “referral bonus” if we refer somebody ‘that we directly know’, and if that person “makes it through all interviews and gets hired by ZS”. How could a seasoned L.E.K. consultant refer somebody to the firm without knowing well? Is the “referral bonus” really high, that everyone is racing for handing out referrals, like “throwing the hook to see if we catch any big fish”? Or is it due to “severe understaffing”?

Negotiating Salary: I was offered a position at a boutique firm in NY, I am able to negotiate my salary as an out of undergrad consultant. I am thinking of saying my expectations are $120,000 just based on the 33% HTI ratio; based on nearby neighborhoods where my office is located. I also will be obtaining my masters next May which should add a bit of value to the firm. Does that sound reasonable as my “ideal” salary? I don’t want to sound money hungry and seem off-putting to HR.

Anyone have insights on EY-P restructuring at the consultant level? Comp, hours, culture, etc.

The base is not changing much for me. I am Senior Managing Consultant at IBM.

Never saw IBM giving 10% bonus for last 10 years anyway. But heard Accenture gives 15K roughly to SM.

Tried to negotiate but Accenture is not willing to change base. They added 10K in RSU and Joining to make 40 each.

Starting at a Big4 as an experienced hire consultant (4 yoe). I would like to get one excellent watch using my signing bonus. The Aqua Terra, blue-faced 41 or 38mm. Do a lot of consultants wear nice watches? Would anyone react negatively when seeing it or would they not even care? Maybe I’m over thinking it. I hustled to get here. I want to take a breather and celebrate.

Hey all - I got an awesome new job Accenture in the applied intelligence practice as a consultant. I am also doing my MBA part time at a T15 school. The MBA exit salary is on average 150k for consultants in my program. I was hoping that when I finish my MBA, I would be able to ask for a raise to match my salary to what those MBA folks normally get. Is there a way for me to request that in ACN? Was offered a Strategy Consultant role with Accenture (progression point C) for $150k. Asked what the sign-on bonus would be and was told $20k. Is this fair comp? Should I negotiate?
