What should be a Good Salary for a SAP ABAP Consultant as on 7.5 years of experience ?

I interviewed for Deloitte USI for Consultant role. Received pre-hire survey mail and filled all the details. HR called to discuss regarding the salary and told My role has been changed to Analyst- Full Stack Java Developer. I have counter offer of 11LPA and he said he couldn’t give me more than 10 LPA that will also be too much. I asked him to give me time to think and asked to mail him for further discussion.
Wht you guys suggest what should I do ?

14.5 fixed(13.5 fixed and 1 lakh bonus divided across 12 months) and ~2 lakhs(15%) performance bonus + Retention Bonus : 3 lakhs over a year(1.5 lakh after every 6 months)

ZS Offer:
13.6 fixed + 1.3 Performance Bonus + 75k relocation bonus + Retention Bonus 9 lakhs in 4 years.
In talks with ZS and they might increase the offer to 14.6 fixed and 1.4 performance bonus.

I'm really confused which one should I join?

I'm an entry level consultant in Dallas at a smaller company. This is my first job in consulting and I've been here about 7 months. My experience has been good in terms of work life balance, autonomy, and culture. My only real issue is my compensation. I was happy with it at first, but with the workload and expectations I'm feeling undervalued.
My base is 82k, 5k signing bonus, no annual bonuses or anything. Im wondering if I should start looking elsewhere or if I'm just getting greedy

I am unsure about wether to accept:

> Comp and the role seem very attacrive, but the role is framed as "Individual contributor" (no subordinates)
