Can an SAP consultant ever make as much as the people working in Tech? What's the maximum salary you saw a guy with SAP background getting?

I’m curious to hear how agencies are structuring their media fees (10%? 15%? 20%!? of spend) Any performance bonus structures? Would love context too. Platforms you’re responsible for? (Fb only? I'm italian, 26 yo and currently working in France as financial analyst.
Work environment is great, friendly and multicultural but I don't like the job at all.
Personal life is not so nice since I manage to see my family and gf every 30/45 days only. Colleagues have their own lives and at the end we don't hang out much.
My dilemma is:
A) going back to Italy at a lower salary with less growth opps but better personal life or
B) Switching my job here and hold on

What would you do?

I feel burnt out by how ruthless the tech industry in US is, but I also know I’m making much more money than people outside of tech or consulting.
