Currently at Big 4. Have offers for a PL/Principal at MBB and for a VP role at a Fortune 20 company. The VP role is more interesting and comp a bit better but I’m told would accelerate faster at MBB. The initial plan was to end up at MBB. What’s the best for future flexibility?

How is SAP SDC for SAP Consultants?
I have offers from CG, IBM & SAP India. So, please suggest which will be better to join.
PS- IBM is paying100% more than my current organisation.
SAP has not released my offer yet but I had an interview with VP and he said he is impressed with me and will release the offer letter soon but they have not negotiated for my salary. But he was saying if he will give me less than IBM then will I join the SAP or not? I assumed this is a trick ques., btw, I said yes

Interviewed for Deloitte S&A Tech Strategy SC and got a verbal offer for Consultant instead. I negotiated the offer to 120K salary and 10K signing bonus. I’m a boomerang with 4 years ERP consulting but this past year I’ve been doing DEI Consulting. Spoke with former colleagues who rejoined Deloitte and got a much higher offer for SC. How do I go back to the recruiter to negotiate further? I suggested that I’d probably sign but need time to think. Now I’d like to go back and request 140k salary.

Hello there! I currently work in billing at a medical office. I got my Bachelors in Psychology a few years ago but I couldn’t find a position that seemed like a good option for me that was well paying and fulfilling. I tried working as a tech at an Applied Behavior Analysis clinic but it wasn’t a good fit. FDD 🐠 I will be promoted to audit SM in October, however looking to transfer to the FDD practice. Based on discussions with partners in the practice, I would be brought in as an experienced manager with opportunity to promote to senior manager in FDD next year. Is the learning curve steep, or should I push to come in as SM? Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

I bought a house last year from a senior couple and was locked into a senior exemption on my property taxes for the rest of the year. I just received my property tax bill for the new year and I'm still locked into the senior exemption. Can I be penalized in the future if I don't say anything and just keep paying my property taxes as is? I feel like it's the village that screwed up and that's on them. Thoughts??
