How long does American express takes to give the feedback after the leadership interview

Got offer from Cognizant for SAP SD. They have offered senior analyst role for 5 years of experience and CTC 16 fixed + 70 variable. Is it good offer and how is the SAP practice in Cognizant. Do they have implementation projects or is it mostly support?

What are some things you guys wish you knew before you started your NetSuite implementation?

I’m at a small company that’s sort of becoming medium sized, and a new exec pushing to quickly implement NetSuite and I just want to make sure we’re not getting in over our heads, he’s trying to get this done within two months

We currently use Salesforce, quick books, and excel, we’ll be consolidating a lot of accounting and finance stuff into netsuite and integrating it with Salesforce

What are some ways you can connect/engage with an interviewer who seemed to be a little uninterested/unexpressive? I recently had an interview where my interviewer (partner) was not very friendly/engaging.
