I have a question re’ the grace period - I got separated from Deloitte last week and the firm is providing salary continuation for 4 weeks. However, my last day as an active employee was last week. Technically, what should be my last day of employment with Deloitte - last week or the last pay check date (4 weeks from now)? If it is last week, does that mean my 60 days grace period has started?
