Why is it so hard to find a remote HR position? I have my SHRM-SCP, my MBA and over 10 years of experience being an HR Manager.

Anyone have tips on passing REG? I gotta retake it. First time through, I read through the book and did MCs. What worked for you guys? Anyone do the Becker skills practice?

So, I just fired my first employee as a manager and I'm heartbroken. He was a great, great person but after 6 months on a PIP he just wasn't cutting it skills-wise. I know he was the provider of the household and his wife didn't have a job since she was raising three young ones. Needless to say, I had to take off because I felt terrible, sick to my stomach. How do you deal with firing guilt? Is that a thing? I can't help but feeling like I did something wrong.

I’ve been told I would make a great COO someday and I’m ready to take the next step into leadership. Who/what should I be targeting next?
