When is the good time to tell the company that I am 3 months pregnant. My date of joining is 18th of July. I understand by law I need to finish 80days with the company before I avail maternity benefits which I can easily do in next 3 months.
I want to understand if women who go on maternity leave during probation are treated differently or if there will be discrimination once I let them know about my situation. Wipro Accenture Allstate Quantiphi analytics pvt ltd.

I passed FAR when I for sure thought I failed. Although it was my first time taking a section, so I didn’t know what to expect.
Do it at your own pace. Do what is best for you. Thats all I usually tell people. If your heart is not in it, you wont be able to focus and be disciplined. Instead, if your self critic has a loud voice, you’ll just be discouraged. If you are going to take it, take the easy one first so you have some momentum to stay encouraged. There’s a significant mental aspect to irt.
I felt like I failed all of them (ended up with 3 75s and an 80 though so that might be valid). And as far as management pressure I would just update them on my plan. I know it’s frustrating when it keeps getting brought up but I update them on any new exams passed and when I’m taking the next one. If they’re badgering you about it too much maybe suggest studying at work (was never an option for me). If they’re concerned about it, they should help you achieve your goals.
I feel very pressured to pass 😬😰 even though my managers aren't outwardly pressuring me, I know they're keeping track of my progress, which is very stressful
I thought I failed all of them. Some I did other’s I didn’t. If I did, I would retake that one in the next window.
Ive both sworn I failed and passed and sworn I passed and failed.
I feel like I kinda passed my retake, but I'm psyching myself out and definitely don't wanna jinx it.
My managers know it was a retake so I think they're being extra watchful. Has anyone been fired for not getting their cpa in time?
I assume nothing. I don’t think anyone at GT has been fired for not having the CPA by a certain point, but I’m sure there are Senior 3s who don’t have a cpa and have been around for years and we’re let go. If you’re a staff just keep going at it and giving it your best shot. Don’t worry about and just keep chugging along.
