2 weeks in, I have a love hate relationship with Keto. I’m down 9 lbs, I enjoy the meals, my digestion is much more stable ....but keto-friendly deserts will be the death of me...ugh

Hmm. I break every once every few weeks or so for like 6 hours and eat what I’m craving, then go into a 24 hour fast right after while maintaining my exercise routine. After 2-3 days, I’ve lost whatever I gained from that window of time, and I’ve read it actually
accelerates your metabolism afterwards.

I know this is old but here is something I've had that is amazing. Take cream cheese, and mix it with sugar free lemon jello. It tastes like key lime pie. If you want to make it better and more creamy, add a little bit of sour cream and whipped cream and mix it all in, then let it sit in the fridge for a couple of hours. It's amazing. I got the idea from a no bake cheesecake (YouTube it) that's almost the same but with vanilla extract.

I find when I got rid of all sugar from my diet my cravings stopped. But if I eat some quinoa or something I suddenly want sugar and can’t really be satisfied. That’s when I go on a break. Maybe you have secret sugar lingering in your diet that’s making these cravings persist? I’m assuming you check salad dressing labels, limit dairy, etc.

I am still using stevia or trivia in coffee and in keto-cheesecake. Also berries would be the only other source of natural sugar really

Blueberries in it. I don’t remember the exact recipe but it’s cream cheese, coconut oil, blueberries, mct oil

Been really fighting sleep lately. I recall reading that’s an ADHD symptom but I can’t find it now in my half asleep but wide awake state.

I didn't apply for a job that would have set me up for the future in the government. I wouldn't have to worry about money or future jobs. My boss had just given me a small pay rise and talked up the future and so I felt good. I now severely regret not applying for the job and cannot stop thinking about it to the point of insomnia and depression. I even contacted the employer but too late. Finally had a breakdown over infertility this AM and trying to pull myself together for Zoom. My tests are fine, but husband can’t deliver during my fertile window.
