just let it loose. Believe me...many ppl in the room will know less than what u know.
Find a male mentor. Not sure books are the best tool.
You’ll need to spend time with male figures that you respect and build off of those relationships.
One of my guy friends dad died when he was 11 and he has amassed dozens of male mentors for spiritual, professional and personal relationships.
Be careful but there are some great older men that would love to impart knowledge.

Look up the Art of Charm podcast. They do coaching too.
It's been over a decade since I read it but The Way of the Superior Man resonated will with me when I was feeling the way you do, and it definitely helped me make some of the changes I needed to make in my life. Granted, it may focus more on romantic relationships than what you're looking for.
