You guys have company cards?
Define late? I at times constantly get over the 60 days balance but I eventually go through and do my expenses
Like by 5 days
My career coach made me sit down with her and show her myself paying it.... also on top of that I got late fee and didn't realize it was sitting on there for 2 months, since it wasn't in the firm billing system as a receipt. The firm said I had to pay the late fee. Amex gave me a 1 time waiver tho.
I’ve never seen it matter before a 90-day delinquency unless a charge was flagged when they process the expense
i usually pay about 2 wks late. No late fee either
Just call and ask them to waive the late fee. Set reminders to pay bill.
BT is the only firm I’ve ever heard of that doesn’t
The due date isn't really a due date for corporate cards. It's a please pay by date. You have until the close of your next statement cycle to pay without any late charges.
No, we don’t. We use our personal cards and they reimburse us for everything. Interesting.
I think when you’re at mid- to small-tier firms they can handle just reimbursing everything but when they get that big it gets too much to process all those reimbursements
Most mid-size firms do not have corporate cards.
No sorry
Normally 60 to 90 days is the period before amex will issue a fee. If it's a huge bill and you know it'll be significantly late, you can call amex and they will waive any fees if within 120 days.
I was significantly late one time and they charged a late fee. I called and they removed it.
