Community Managers, what do you do on a day to day basis, what tools do you use, and what metrics do you measure? I am thinking about leaving consulting…I am in learning currently and am thinking about a switch to CM, as from what I know there might be some transferable experience and skills. Anyone here work at UF Shands in Florida? I’m interested in working there long term, but how easy is it to get in? How easy is it to transfer departments (such as from auditing to compliance)? Are the health benefits any good?

We give 16 weeks paid for “primary caregivers “ and 6 weeks for “secondary “ caregivers. I want to advocate for everyone to get at least 12 weeks.

Been having trouble moving on since girlfriend ended relationship 3 weeks ago after 2+ years of dating. Before ending it she came over 3 weeks prior to basically give me a chance to work things out and we had a good discussion but then I went back into our routine and didn’t really fight for it or have serious follow up convos that we needed. Now I just have so many regrets that I let her go. I know we still love each other and left on “good” terms but can’t forgive myself for my lack of action.
