Does anyone have book recommendations for people in their 20s. Anything ranging from wealth building, communication skills, life advice, etc. Just trying to build some more knowledge and skills. I’m 25 right now making 100K, single, living as below my means as possible, but would appreciate any life advice from anyone here!

Rich Dad, Poor Dad (trash, honestly)

The Millionaire Next Door

Kind of got bored after that and the core concepts had settled. Skip Rich Dad, the rest were solid.

Huge btc short position in market right now, I expect a lot of liquidity issues to come to light soon. Bitcoin should end up below 30k and stay there as new resistance soon. You all doubt my previous posts but all these bumps to 37-39k are fake bounces from retail buying the dip. Defi is gonna unravel. Do you honestly believe the 10-40% defi interest rates were risk free. It’s all paid by stablecoin printing backed by the assumption that crypto prices would keep appreciating

Fishes honest opinion needed. Me and My so presently live in Arkansas, living in our first home with a child 4 year, both of us recently changed our jobs and have HHI ~ 420K, current mortgage 1600/month. We are looking to move to Dallas and thinking of buying a house ~996K with a 15% down. Questions -
1. Should we go for house of that budget? We can afford, but asking based on market.
2. Should we down 15% or just 5% ? Or go for 20% ?
*Getting a rate lock 4.25% 🤞🏼

I have been DCAing over the last few months on binance and then moving the tokens to my Celsius wallet.

It has become really difficult to keep track of the actual cost of the tokens and profit/loss.

Any software or app recommendations, I am almost inclined to start an excel spreadsheet to keep track now

Well yes. Crypto is taxed like stocks & other types of property. When you sell for a profit, you are required to pay tax on the gains. It’s called capital gains tax.
