For those tech consulting folks, what is the best EPM or FP&A system objectively speaking if your firm is not technology agnostic?
Mainly catalyst for change is overall time savings from my experience (ie, accuracy, central source of truth, agility on scenario planning).

First of all, awesome job! That is 5-6 lbs per month, which is a very healthy and sustainable weight loss. You didn’t put the weight on overnight, and it takes time to take it off. I have found that when I have cravings, it is ok for me to have a little bit. When I completely deny myself, it makes me go nuts. Can you have a bite or two without eating the whole bag?
That’s what I did. Also calculated the whole bag was 3100 calories and that helped to avoid more than a couple pieces. Thank you for your supportive post!

Congrats OP! Something I recently read: a chocolate craving can indicate a magnesium deficiency. Not sure if this is true, but I mix some Natural Calm (magnesium powder) with water and it seems to have helped.

Happy Sunday folks. I had some miss steps in the last couple weeks but restarted every time and I’ve been good about working out and I’m now down 20.3 lbs!! I have to say I’m ridiculously excited that I can still have berries, whipped cream, Keto cheesecake, cheese, and even red wine occasionally and still lose weight. It’s not super fast but it’s happening. Also ...my clothes fit so much better. Thank you for all the support and suggestions

EY1 you’re the real MVP. Cravings have meetings. Solve the underlying issue (I.e magnesium deficiency, iron deficiency, calcium deficiency, etc...) don’t cave to cravings.
Keto cups from whole foods are pretty good! There’s chocolate and coffee flavor and they have coconut and mct oils in them. But they do make you shit so eat them in the comfort of your own home lol
Second those who say your weight loss is not slow at all but perfectly healthy! That's the best way to keep it off. You're doing great OP, keep up the good work!
