Has anyone tried to get their CFE? Any advice? How was studying compared to CPA?Swore I’d never take another exam again after the CPA but if CFE isn’t too much work to study for it might be worth it.

What should be the next certification that I should get? I have the CFE. I’m targeting the CFCS and the ACAMS as the next ones that I should get. Any thoughts on which one I should get 1st? Pros/Cons

Has anyone worked in the disaster recovery Space and went directly into fraud? I’ve worked on disaster recovery projects as a Quality Assurance Analyst. Essentially we make sure no fraud is occurring. I haven’t had any luck finding a remote fraud role without my applications getting denied. I’ve been thinking about getting my CFE, as I’m sure that might help.

Question for the group. I am an experienced individual currently searching to get out of private and into public. I am a CFE and Certified Technology Business Management Executive (CTBME) with an MBA and am scheduled to take AUD of CPA on May 13th. Am I barking up the wrong career tree to try to exchange an extensive and diverse career into what appears to be specialization within public? Anyone here ever struggled working at a private practice during your first year as a licensed counselor? I work well with the clients but I find it difficult to accept the pay I receive for the amount of work I do and is required. Are there any tests you can get done to understand your fertility? I have PCOS and cannot start trying until next year or two. I would like to know if there will be any issues with conceiving due to my PCOS. I’m 29 right now. I asked my OBGYN and she said that unless I start trying, there’s not much in terms of testing she can do and that she wouldn’t recommend it. For accounting managers and above in industry - what metrics do you have to evaluate your team’s performance? I’m new to industry and my company doesn’t have anything but I’d like to set some goals for my team such as closing by 5th business day, getting all recons done by 20th of the month, submitting JEs by date indicated on close checklist, reducing number of manual JEs, etc. Looking for other ideas that can be quantified and tracked.
