That would be hard because if you go really clean keto the majority of protein should be animal based. You want to get like 15 to 20% of your calories from protein. So on the low end of a 2,000 calorie diet would be 75 grams of protein. The Fat and carbs can come almost entirely from plants. And no Soy at all on keto. I know that's big with vegans to get their protein. It would be a lot of eating green leafy greens high in protein. I don't know what all that fiber would do to your system. People do it but I wouldn't go Vegan and Keto but maybe vegetarian would work because you can have eggs. Pescatarian would definitely be easy and healthy if you want to go that route.

I need advice from the collective. It seems like there is a trend to sell wine in unique bottles. The only problem with this, those bottles will not fit into my wine fridge. Has anyone transferred wine to standard bottles and are you concerned about the wine one it hits the air? I’ve looked at vacuum stoppers but not sure if this is a good idea or not.

A good reminder to buy non-toxic plants if your cat, like mine, loves chewing on leaves!

Parlor palms, birds nest ferns, money trees, prayer plants, nerve plants, calathea rattlesnakes, and spider plants are all good options!

My parents are visiting this week and mom and I made dinner tonight. Salmon is seasoned with Trader Joe’s ajika (a Georgian spice blend) and we just roasted the broccoli. The standout is the mejadara. It’s spiced rice and lentils with fried onions and is popular throughout the Middle East. We used the recipe from Yotam Ottolenghi and Sami Tamimi’s cookbook, Jerusalem.

I joined pwc last month, and absolutely hating it here. Each weekend has been working, 12-15 hours work day is minimum expectation. And there's extreme hierarchy, where even after you spend 24 hours working on something, the director decides he wants something completely different and you delete and restart. (Note that you request them to review and give their pov earlier on, but they never take the time out)

I’ve hit a plateau on the keto diet (no weight loss in 3 months). So in addition to walking 5 miles a day (been doing this since month 2), on Sunday I started a Beachbody HIIT workout with weights (21 day fix real time). It’s 30 min workout daily and I’m two workouts in and I can barely move. Also, the muscle cramps are for real! Drinking about 80 ounces of water a day and I soaked in an Epsom salt bath last night, any other tips?

I’ve found it very hard to order with my team and still be keto with the places we decide on. What are some common substitutions or adjustments y’all make when ordering?
