Insight/reality check.

I started in an undergraduate program almost 4 years ago. My current base salary is ~90k with OTE at ~135k, LCOL area. I was recently promised an 11% raise with another 5% and title bump in another 6 months. Work life balance is good, some weeks are >40hrs but most are less. Most people I work with make above >250k but have >10YOE. I would say I am an above average performer at my company with similar responsibilities to seniors.

Am I under paid for my role?

Folks, one doubt..... I was hired as a senior consultant in dec 2021. I did not nominated for grade change till now. Will they automatically consider me for grade change or do I have to expicitely talk about it with PC ? Also if grade is changed, how is the impact on salary considering the parity check ?
