I just got an offer 85k for Northrop Grumman financial analyst. I am quite disappointed for the base salary. I tried to negotiate but the recruiter asked me to present it through an email then she'll pass it to the hiring manager. Should I take it or not? Should I consider LT growth? Should I keep looking?

Offer for L64 technical program manager role at Microsoft, base $160k. From what I’ve seen, this is low, however I’ve been told it’s towards the top of the range. Is getting up to 180 feasible?

Can non creatives successfully become content writers and managers?

I'm being recruited to be a firms content writer and manager (along with essentially being the first sales hire and will build out their sales process/playbook).

I've done a small amount of content for a previous employer as an assistant to the head of content and my new employer is familiar with it. They know I understand at a high level their industry. However, I don't consider myself creative.

Please help me. I don't like my project. Also I am not getting proper KT . People are very busy and they are saying do this and that. They are not explaining the project properly to me. I can't work like this. I am already frustrated within 2.5months. is there any way I can change my project ? Or I should try outside? Please suggest

Four months ago, I was officially promoted into another full grade. After a few weeks, I saw that base salary didn’t increase, and I asked my boss about it. They said they would ‘look into it’. Three months later, I scheduled a one on one meeting to understand what happened. Is this an HR discussion? Any suggestions on how I should handle a promotion without compensation? I’m a boomerang employee and a friend of mine noticed that my company posted a similar job description to mine on indeed 10 days ago. My boss didn’t tell me they were hiring another person in our department (small department - 4 people). Should I be worried? Should I bring it up to my boss? I’m really stressing myself out over it. I’m not old BUT when I was younger I thought it was important to have all the alphabets after my name (I.e. Phr, SHRM and all the others). I learning that the younger crowd coming into the market thrives off these identifiers yet they know very little about the real world aspects of the job. I watch leadership roll their eyes at the email footers. I feel like keeping those attached to my name hurts my credibility so I removed them…. I’m I thinking wrong?
