It’s easy. That’s all I’m gonna say without sharing all the obvious secrets that come out of the certification/workshop process you go through. You can’t fail...unless you just aren’t engaged and actually present in the workshops.
No studying required. I would be shocked if there was a failure rate. Which is one reason experienced change practitioners don’t value the prosci as proof of knowledge/ experience.
You literally can’t fail
Not fair to call it a garbage cert. Prosci offers some fundamental key concepts that any change practitioner should understand and learn (ADKAR). How you apply those concepts (ie, experience) to meet your specific approach for your clients is the secret sauce. Is it a cert comparable to SPHR, PMP, CCMP, etc? No. But those certs are also entirely different.
