Anyone have experience working CWX side of Facebook (Meta) ? These are the full time contract roles that potentially turn into permanent roles directly with Facebook (Meta). Had a recruiter reach out and offering me comparable TC and such, just curious if anyone has experience in these roles and success/failure of transitioning into permanent role. Thanks in advance!

McKinsey & Company I had a second round of interview with McK 1 week back but no one got back to me yet.
I only received a link to login to McK website where the status my job application shows “In Progress”.
I am not sure whether it takes so much time for McK to respond after the second round. Is anybody aware of this?

So I just looked in my iPay, and my medical is $67 a check. So $134 a month. This is just for me because my kids are on my wife's plan, and it's not the worst plan but it's not the best. Not anything with an HSA, just a PPO. United Healthcare is our insurance. My dental is $13/mo and vision is $7.28/mo.
$400/mo sounds BAD.
What holding company are you with?
Low deductible?
$0. The agency pays 100%.
WONGDOODY and yes.
I pay ~$500/month for my wife and I, and max our all supplemental life and disability insurance. $400/month for a single person is very high.
There are so many variables that you need to lay them all out for a proper comparison. The key ones are:
1) monthly premium
2) who’s covered; employee only, +spouse, +kids, +kids and spouse
3) deductible
4) company kick in contributions, of any (like to an HSA)
Then comparison is a little easier.
$180/month ish
$180 a month for just me
It varies by salary at many companies.
Oh you mean the % split the employee covers, that's a little different. Thanks for clarifying.
How old are you? That often can have an impact too. I pay $150 a month for the most comprehensive plan offered to us, PPO+ with BCBS
I pay $160-something a month for the highest plan offered.
$750/mo. PPO. Family of 3. Low deductible. Employer pays in.
~$600 / month for me, my wife, and son. High premium, low deductible PPO through BCBS.
We should all have single payer though.
Single person covered should be like $120-225/month depending on the coverage
“Ladders up” 🙅🏼♂️
I don’t pay anything - the company foots the entire bill for me and my family. I think the deductible is $2000 for a family and it’s good insurance. I wish more agencies paid 100%.
I had free health insurance for the first 6 years of my career at an independent agency in the 2000s in Philly, it was really nice
