TCS is the worst company one can be in.
Cheap mindset management cares more about timesheet, wfo, forceful mandatory trainings, imposing strict restrictions on laptop, access to personal docs only via vpn,no employee well being no salary hikes nth at all.90% projects filled with freshers coz they cost less.No WLB for good dedicated hard working employees as they are punished with more and more work, leaves rewards mostly for people who don’t work. But no issues kyunki job security hai 😂

I live in a high CoL city and pay only $50 a session with a social worker rather than a psychologist/psychiatrist. I do see a psychiatrist less frequently for medication management and that is $200 a session.
Thank you everyone!!
Some companies offer a free 5-6 sessions. Typically 160-220 for one session is what I’ve seen in the DC area. My insurance thankfully for in network covers 90% once I hit my deductible and also negotiates lower fees so I end up paying like $6 per session
Mine is $140... not in network, so I pay 30% once I hit my deductible
I used to pay $120 per session
Check out universities with public mental health clinics... I pay $50/appointment with a practicing clinician that consults with a resident psychologist
Toronto - about 120
I was looking at around $130 per session. I’d look into if your firm at least provides EAP though. We get 6 free sessions.
I pay $60 a session, in network! (NYC)
Does your firm pay for one?
It’s $100-250 until you hit your deductible and then just a copay. Put money in your fsa and you won’t feel it as bad. From my experience, I’ve never had my insurance not cover it after my deductible and I go every week.
