I get 29 days of pto and use every single one of them.
Take the time. It’s not about the money; live your life. Have an adventure. Pursue an interest. Develop a hobby. When you look back later, you will be glad you did.
I get 5 weeks and I also buy a week I use it all sometimes you need a break to live life even it’s is just to lay around in your rec room with mocktails and snacks for a week straight
I get 30 days plus 2 Thrive days. I use all put 5 days that I carry over is I can. This year I started with 37 days of PTO.
I get 4.5 weeks I think but I use mine but I could roll over like 3 years worth if I didn't use it
I get a total of 28 days a year. 5.6 weeks. I usually roll over a good amount year to year while working 4 day weeks about twice a month.
I have 33 PTO days plus a freebie floater. I usually carry over 5 days a year so this year I've got 39 days to burn. I'm taking them all.
I get 4 weeks and I use it all every year, a week every 3 months to relax and recharge really helps prevent burnout
