We get 5 ROLLING days. Meaning every day I use I have to wait a year to get it back
None, only pto.
We draw everything from the same pool. Total of 25 PTO days, inclusive of sick time.
I got 7 days sick leave. As far as I know it's not included in our 21 days PTO which is great because we will have a total of 28 days leave.
We don't have a limit on sick days, but I pretty much never take them because I already work from home 3 days a week and can WFH more if I need to. I get 24 days for PTO though, which I'm fully expected and encouraged to use.
2 weeks sick leave, separate from PTO bucket.
There's also a week for caregiver leave I think.
