Hi All,
After ED round of interview I got a mail from HR asking to submit few documents. In the mail HR has mentioned that I'm one of the shortlisted candidate and final selection is yet to be made. So how are my chances of getting an offer.
Is it something common that happens in JPMC.

Prepare--- give 2-3 interviews just to get your hold--- got confidence --- resign--- give interviews.
If you start clearing interviews, you will see that you will clear all the interviews. Initially, you will face rejection-- learn and give as many interviews as you can.

Naukri Tweaks:
1. Update Naukri profile 2-3 times in a week, just uploading resume again would work.
2. Have relevant keywords related to profile mentioned in your Naukri profile(to get the keywords just go through any JD of any job related to profile)
3. Mention all the tools, tech in the profile
4. In Profile summary mention YOE and also which position you are looking for.
For LinkedIn
-only apply to jobs which have easy apply on them
-get referrals for the ones redirecting to company website
#Note- Dont apply through company websites directly for Indian companies, ATS software filters out most of the resumes if certain keywords are not matched from your profile, Always create a simple resume, dont use any kind of tables, since ATS softwares wont be able to read correctly from them and hence your chances of shortlisting get very lesser.
You can apply directly on website for onsite companies.
Avoid grammatical, indentation and text sizing mistakes, Try to use one fontt throughout resume to nake it look elegant.
In Cutshort, I liked the feature that recruiter reaches to us and chats with us prior to interview and then we get interview call, many startups hire via this platform, also saw Amazon hiring through here.
Thank you so much for this.. I'm a new jobseeker and this is really helpful
Its a blessing... You just have to crack one interview... Later you will get more opportunity in notice period.

True blessing in disguise :)
Don't worry, in 3 month notice period getting first offer letter is always hectic. Be patient once you get first offer letter and put your your paper down after that the company who is not selecting you for interview will again approach. Just be patient only for 1st offer letter.
Same issue! Two options I'm about to consider.
1. Resign and search
2. Either way resign or not if the new job is good for my career then either buy out or pay the salary by myself
Just don't upload resume till last 45 days..in that you won't feel you are missing companies
Try asking the new company to buy out your notice period during negotiations.

Organizations doesn't allow buy outs in most cases. Then everyone else wanna buy out and no one will serve NP
Try to negotiate with the new company for extending your joining and interviewing time so that the notice period also gets completed as well as the new job can be easily joined. You need to focus on time management that's all you can do.
If you want to get away with shorter NP, lie your heart out. Make excuses. If your manager is a reasonable one, have the conversation and get it waived off. If he is unreasonable, lie your way out of the NP. I have helped friends get out with both options.
Just tell them it’s 2 months and try to schedule interviews late
IBM has 3 months notice period?
Wow.
Then I would suggest you should look to apply to all the companies where basically the NP is 90days. They could generally consider you. Or very good companies can consider you. Next once you are down to 45 days, you can start applying to almost everywhere.
First get a offer letter from Wipro or CTS .. they allow 90 days
Then search for other good offers
All the companies that you have mentioned themselves gave notice period of 3 months. So not sure why you are loosing those interviews on the basis of 3 months notice.
This is not the right time for change. Please think wisely before moving, there might be chances of recession as world economy is getting impacted.
Me too in same situation 😔😔😔
Will Accenture accepts 3 months notice period?
