Ask them what are they looking to achieve with the change
Have been in HR for 25 yrs and honestly this is how I hire for my team. Just set up a series of 2-3 mtgs/lunches/presentations etc, do it for everyone and have all parties who attend go to a debrief mtg and give their input
You can still put structure in an informal setting - make sure everyone understands what the the key skills / competencies you are looking for so the conversations can pick these up . A pre-briefing for all those involved is good to gain clarity and debrief . P
