However, there is an opportunity to join Google Dublin as an Agency Development Manager (level 4) with strong salary, new challenges, different role and responsibilities etc. I HAVE A STRONG DOUBT about a trade off: is better to have a strong margin of growth and a good position or join Google with the above conditions?

I work heavily in AWS and am looking to learn another cloud platform. I have zero knowledge of azure and gcp and would like input on which to learn. Is there a way to make all of them have a parenthesis for being negative while keeping them still percentage and dollar value separately or do I have to target them separately?

Gay man who works in a large org that is big on diversity and inclusion efforts. I’d say about 50-60% of people (at all levels, across all age groups and races) list their gender pronouns in email signature. I list mine because I see it as a way to show support for colleagues who may not be cisgender. If anyone else works in the same type of environment, do you infer anything about colleagues who choose not to list their gender pronouns? (such as they are homo/trans phobic?)

Any best tips/ step by step practices to grooming a product roadmap? I inherited one and it’s been difficult grooming it. Also a new PM. Do I start by looking at epics’ urgency and then dependencies? I know what needs to be done.. I just haven’t gotten down a good system to do it. Any advice helps!
