Hi everyone! Does anyone in here work for Omada Health ? I have an interview next Wednesday for a PT Member Support Agent role and am unclear on what the pay could be. Glassdoor has the pay estimate at 42k-48k, but I found a comment where someone in the same role mentioned only getting paid $12/hr. I have 8 years of experience as a CSR but I’ve had a couple year gap in between now and my last job. TIA Any advice helps .

I used to work with someone who would use me as a sounding board for all his complaints. I guess that's the best way of putting it. For some reason he thought I would commiserate with him, but it really started to bother me. Someone with that kind of attitude just drags you down, if that makes any sense. I got to where I would just say there was nothing I could do about whatever that day's complaint was. Eventually the message was received and I had a lot less griping to listen to.

I have before but you just have to be very careful about it to try and mitigate future issues.

That's a tough situation. We have a couple of "debbie-downers" in our office space and I let them vent for about 15 minutes, then I start doing tasks that need to be done. I let them stay in my office as long as they need, but I can't get caught up in the negativity or else it starts to really get to me.

I think a one on one is going to be the best strategy but I would try to focus on "I" statements rather than come on strong with accusations or "you" statements. If this person is volatile, I'd be very careful how you approach the conversation but I think it's still worth doing

I have no problem approaching people and asking respectfully what their problem is. I would defintiely speak to your coworker and let them know how you are feeling and how their actions are affecting you. Holding it in will likely only make things work.
