i need some advice -
I have an off shore associate who isn’t pulling their weight but i can’t tell if it’s them being lazy or if it’s the language barrier and they don’t always understand the instructions and are embarrassed to ask. i’m the senior associate so when they don’t meet expectations I’ve had to do more work that’s been put in place as a safe lock to ensure they are actually doing the right stuff. Any recs on how to deal with a switch like this?? Thanks in advance.

However she carries this enormous weight of responsibility, for needing to do everything, do it right, make sure it's perfect, not trusting colleagues to help. How to handle working with someone who frustrates you immensely? I work with someone who is one level above me hierarchically and is an ultimate micromanager (not one agenda or recap can be without edits) and is rude about establishing that they have dominance.
