I want to buy real estate (land) in my hometown (a Tier 2/3 city) and don't want to buy flat/apartment in Tier 1 city like Bangalore. I have all the white money. Land value ratio is like 30-40% white and rest all black. The land price appreciation is huge here. I would also need some loan from bank to finance the deal. Please advise on two points:
1. Should I convert my white money to black to buy the land?
2. Which loan should I take? Is personal loan advisable? Is home loan applicable?
