I work for a company with a pretty generous PTO policy and a mostly remote flex policy (4 days a month in office if within 75 miles of the building). One thing I’m wondering if there is a way to help us I get the “I’m taking a mental health day” call out regularly which causes a strain on the rest of the team because we were unable to prepare like we would with pre-planned PTO. Any ideas of things I can do as a manager to encourage pre-planned PTO instead of these call outs?

I’m a senior consulatant at CGI with 11+ yoe.I have been offered senior manager application devlopment level 8 role at CIBC ,Canada.The compensation that they are offering is 130 base and 15% target bonus.Can anyone please help what a compensation ideally should be for level 8 role at CIBC? Should i expect the compensation more for Senior manager role?Is target bonus the fixed amount of our compensation or it might go down to 10% also if you are not exceeding the expectation?
