If I accept an SDR role at Gong can I negotiate salary or anything for that matter?

Any tips on how to deal with this…my entire team was let go today (was 5, now just me). I will say this I love working with the students . I love getting to know them . I smile to myself when I go to work . I still feel this way after last week being asked my three different people about doing something where I told them that I was not going to do. following day I was then ambushed by admin (where I have never felt more like nothing. Hi, I am currently in the process of breaking into tech sales. One hurdle that I am trying to get over is being able to displaying my current role as a Materials planner into tech sales, I currently do alot B2B communication high volume emailing and calls. Any help would be appreciated.

I have a total of 4 years sales experience, 1 year in life insurance sales and 3 in retail banking (lending, investment referrals, merchant services referrals).

I did well in banking, but incentive plan has suffered tremendously, so I’m looking to jump into tech sales where I could be more compensated for the work.
