Hi Fishes, I recently joined Pwc AC and was informed to update my checkpoint portfolio where we update all our investments. If we have some investments and if we do not declare them, will it be a problem or can I update it as Nothing to report. Recently I joined here so I'm having some confusion regarding this.

I would say financial advisor.
Anyone can call themselves a financial advisor. Get someone that focuses on tax. EA or CPA. Or go it alone. If you work at Deloitte, it’s pretty easy as a W2 employee. Max your 401k. Roth IRA or backdoor Roth. See if HSA makes sense depending on your healthcare expenses. It’s all pretty simple. Do it consistently and congrats on becoming multimillionaire over time. You won’t qualify as real estate professional so buying real estate solely for tax savings doesn’t make sense. For other money outside retirement, put in “tax-managed” ETFs or mutual funds so the turnover in the funds doesn’t create too much gain.
