Name and shame the firms doing stealth lay-offs.
Hi All, Today I've resigned and my LOD is 2 Sept. Can anyone please let me know for these 90 days salary would be credited only after FnF. Or June'22 salary will be credited as usual, however, July and September salary would be credited during FnF. Please confirm or suggest.

I posted about this in April when CEO’s were “generously” giving up their salaries for the sake of PR. Why we still don’t have a class war in this country I’ll never know.

I can’t argue with that.
Is there public record of CEOs salary somewhere? How do we find this out? I do know my company's c-suite took the same pay cut as everyone. Although this hits the lowest tier the hardest. 20% reduction of 60k is 48k - yet we're getting worked just as hard, if not harder for some...you get it, etc etc, late-stage capitalism.

The C-suite makes the majority of their money on bonus packages which often include profit sharing and stock. Giving up even 100% of a $400 - $600k salary still leaves them at the end of the year with more money than what they gave up.
While I agree with you I don’t know if I would follow your advice if I was in certain situations. It’s like the Prisoner’s Dilemma. It only benefits all of us if we all play by the same rules. Otherwise, looking out for number one is the best path.
it's almost like we need...a....union?

I’ve been posting about this since the start. If you’re forced to take a cut or furlough you must have a contract stating the terms where it reverts back. C suite are taking bonuses based on profits they made by cutting your pay.
