If you’re a recruiter and don’t have salary expectations or OTE, how do you expect anyone to speak with you? Recruiters have become so lazy and bottom line oriented

I have 5 years of experience working as a data analyst and i have always felt its not what i want to do in my life. Finally took the step to learn ux design and build a portfolio and i love it. Now i am thinking how to put my resume together and find job. What should I mention in my resume? Does my data consultancy work count? and what kind of companies and roles should i approach?

Are interview case studies difficult? Is it done live or is it take-home? What should I expect in terms of content/questions, duration, difficulty?

4YOE @Amazon & trying to lateral to a similar role @FAANG. Have my undergrad GPA (3.8/4) on resume from top 15 school but colleague says to take it off (looks silly). If it’s a good school & high GPA, why ever take it off your resume? Even if 10 YOE...can’t hurt?

Round 1: HR round. cleared.

Round 2: Hiring manager round. Went well.

After 2 weeks they said Role no longer available. It was L5 supply chain role. This happened in April. Can I apply again in Amazon? My company blames my generation for not being able to hire everyday. “You guys don’t want to work” coming from some overweight, racist, old coaster. I’ve barely taken any days off this year and pick up “skeleton crew” days any chance I get. I was able to work out a deal with my company before I came because of prior experience luckily, but they offer a terrible base salary and sham of a commission structure to new hires + no remote. Then sit here and can’t figure out why…
