Hello Everyone,
I am a fresher with over 9+ months of experience as a Data Engineer at Tata Consultancy .
I just needed some suggestions from you experienced folks.🙏

Honestly, nothing special. Just get the right prescription, fit (I have a big head, so get bigger frames), and keep the lighting good in your room. Bright screen/dark room combo is not good. Use the red filter on screens to take blue light out/make easier on your eyes.
Get blue light protection on your lenses, it's made a big difference for me.
Blue light is out, red light is in. I’d also look into getting a phone screen cover for additional eye protection as well.
My optometrist gave me two prescriptions. One for my usual distance issues and then one for using the computer. They are just slightly different but it’s been a game changer for me.
I tried blue light glasses and I think it’s just placebo. One other tip is to make sure your eyes aren’t dry from staring at the screen. I keep eye drops at my desk.
