Terrible idea. If too busy at the current job, why don't you pull back a little? After all, what can they do, fire you when you already are ready to quit? Use some breathing room to interview. Just don't quit without a secured next job.
I is felt the same way, but I did just as you said and I start my meds job next week it may seem like you’re doing to be stuck in this hell home job, but as long as you don’t house up and believe in yourself. It’s possible. So yeah don’t leave until you’ve found a better going first. Plus it feels good, that last w
Quit your job if it's affecting your mental health. Cut out the noise and ask for a 1-week mental health break and start exploring other options. There's plenty of around.
Definitely don’t quit before securing the steady job, make it a priority to do that and it will give u something to look forward to while stressed at your current job
In this market be thankful that you have a job. I concur with the other two, do not quit without having another job.
If your open to a new sales job let me know. I’m looking for someone.
I’m open.
I moved cross country and did a leap of faith - took me six months to find a new gig while doing projects around our new home. I couldn't recommend it more, but, it's not without it's downsides. At that point you're just impacting your resume and talk track as you interview.
Interviewers don't seems to process how bad most employers truly are. Justifying your jump may be hard
I wouldn't
Quit, you’ll land on your feet somewhere better!

Take a vacation but don’t resign
I’m also in this boat right now and being overworked at my current job is actively hurting my job search. I’m not able to take a step back from my current schedule like other people have suggested. So I’m considering taking the leap to a temporary job so that I can actually have the time to network and interview. I’m just going to focus on how I’m continuing to improve my skills/knowledge by working at X job.
Don’t quit until you have another job to go. It’s a tough market out there.
Smart. Do what you have to do to get by and by all means do your best to not let corporations exploit you.
I was going to quit. But the comments encouraged me to keep going😩
Do you have short term disability at your current job? If so, go to your doctor and tell them know that your job is causing you depression and mental anguish to the point where you can’t perform the way the company needs you to. From that point you get a doctors note stating all the above plus medication you’re having to take. You won’t get paid as much but that should give you time to find another job….
