I have accepted Infosys Offer Letter . If I am not joining Infy and joins another company, then is there anything like Infosys remembers it and will not consider in its Future Opportunities saying "You previously Didnt join our Organisation after accepting Offer Letter , So we are not considering your profile ahead " (Something like blacklist).
Has anybody accepted Infy Offer Letter and Have not joined ...and later got another Offer from Infy after say 6 months or 1 year and then Joined Infy ?

If you’re body is adapting to Keto yet stay away from it as it contains sugar alternatives that spike your insulin even though it doesn’t have any carbs. Try adapting to sparking water or only consume like non insulin spiking sugar alternatives like erythritol
If you do real keto the intent isn’t no carbs, it’s no insulin spikes. Carbs definitely cause insulin spikes (so you minimize them) but there are other things that cause spikes as well, including sugar substitutes. Aspartame (Diet Coke) is one of the sugar substitutes that has the least insulin response, but is also loosely linked to other issues (non keto related). Best sugar substitutes will be stevia, monk fruit, erithrytol. Whole Foods carries stevia soda that I buy while on expense account.
Certain sugar substitutes will definitely knock you out of keto. The one that gets me the most is maltitol as it is used in a lot of “keto friendly” products/protein bars by companies who are just marketing to the keto band wagon. A lot of sugar free chocolate also has it
That being said, dropping the soda habit isn’t a bad idea. I do a lot of sparkling waters. Just glad my client keeps them stocked.
Glycemic index is the best indicator of insulin response. Below is the GI chart for sugars and sugar substitutes

Kinda yeah but it’s a gateway to more sugary alternatives in my opinion
Not strict keto, but it doesn’t have any carbs, so if you are doing dirty keto and it doesn’t stall you, go for it! I have it occasionally
Yes. It’s fine. There’s also a ton of new energy drinks which are zero sugars and carbs too
It’s fine
Better to do soda water with a few drops of a sugar free flavoring...
