Do you all know any genuine case where husband/wife died and his spouse got paid through term insurance without any hassle?

Term insurance is a must and in India the claim settlement ratio is > 98%. So do buy it.

Yes i know few

Yes, Term Insurance is for real. For those who're unaware, term insurance is a legal contract where both parties mutually agree to the terms and conditions.

To understand the term insurance claim denial reasons, here's a list:
[1] Not disclosing your pre-existing diseases in term cover application.
[2] Not stating/ disclosing about previous and existing medical conditions, operations, surgeries, etc.
[3] Not disclosing relevant information regarding drinking and smoking habits, nature of job, etc.
and many more...

Still have doubts?

Feel free to drop us your query on our website - www.algatesinsurance.in

Rental property managers in ALX

Hi! I am preparing to rent out my condo in Alexandria (off edsall road) in the spring. Anyone have any tips for first time landlords? I’m planning to work with a rental mgmt company that has 3 properties in my complex. They’ll charge 1 month rent for the marketing and 7.9% mgmt fee. I am moving to a lower COLA and don’t mind paying for the mgmt, but I haven’t found a good cash flow calculator to forecast taxes, etc. Any guidance would be appreciated! Thanks.
