Does anyone have experience interviewing with Deloitte Internal Services? I had my final interview a week and a half ago, and received positive feedback throughout. The hiring manager had positive things to say and mentioned they hoped to make a decision by the end of last week. It’s now Friday the week after. The role still shows as “Interviews in Process.” We did discuss potential start dates, but no salary. Any experience with receiving offers for an internal services role? Is this common?

Hello friends
We are hiring.....

When is the good time to tell the company that I am 3 months pregnant. My date of joining is 18th of July. I understand by law I need to finish 80days with the company before I avail maternity benefits which I can easily do in next 3 months.
I want to understand if women who go on maternity leave during probation are treated differently or if there will be discrimination once I let them know about my situation. Wipro Accenture Allstate Quantiphi analytics pvt ltd.

I started out on the agency side and I quickly learned that I hated it. My salary was great, but the WLB was terrible and I really wanted to focus more on a specific market. Made the move to the client side about a year ago and my salary is about the same, but I have to say I'm a lot happier with the direction this company is going.
It depends on what brand you’re Interested on. I’d say that here the odds are rather even for someone who starts their career versus someone who comes in later on at a very senior level. At companies, salaries are determined by brackets so it may not even matter how much you’re making. One thing to remember for both agency and brand sides: the higher you go, the less positions available. And hence, the harder it will be to get the role due to competition. Also, coming from agency side can be just as valuable as having a career 100% on the brand side because you already understand the POV and have a built in network within the company.
If you are ready for brand side, start trying to get in.
Agency experience is more valuable client side than vice versa. I wouldn’t make the move until you’re at the director level.
Money on the table…down the line at an agency? Is the great myth we’re all being peddled? Brand-side is one thing, moving to a global publicly traded brand whose offer includes Equity is another; not even the biggest shop (unless you’re C-suite in holding co agency) could sniff at the TC…after four years…sheeeesh!
THIS. if it’s a global publicly traded brand. don’t even blink an eye. the TC, especially equity, is literally insane. like i didnt know people in marketing could make that much if they weren’t c-suite.
Where are y'all getting such high agency pay? A good chunk of our creative team jumped ship this year for 50-150% pay increases in-house. We're all below CD/ACD level (though were getting asked to perform many of their duties on top of ours lol).
I make more client side and have less responsibility.

It’s never too early or too late to go client side…it’s truly up to what feels right for you! I started my career client side, didn’t like it, but then tried it again 7 years later. It still wasn’t the right fit for me, but I’m glad I gave it another shot with much more experience under my belt!
If you are comfortable with the consistency of a single client, it might be a good move for you. But if you crave more variety, stay agency side for a while. In my opinion, money and titles be damned…chase the type and style of work that makes you happy.
