More then question need guidance, I am at mid stage start-up ( Series C funding) at Director level with Mid to Sr leadership. The over all leadership culture going on wrong direction where quality or product, regulation is getting neglected in Major cases. My direct structure above me ( Sr Director and Chief Technology Officer) ignoring my alarm, signals and evidences. CEO still hears me out, but do not know if any concrete actions being taken. Time to start look outside or keep fixing internal?

Serious answer: start by learning how to write in English properly. It's hard to take your arguments seriously when you can't use correct grammar.

You not being heard, might be something you need to work on, instead of people not listening. No offence intended, but I hear what you say a lot. It’s always others. Even if you leave, you might come across the same situation. Try to read Jon Moon’s book “Clarity” it helped me. Good luck.

Hi! I’ve been approached by Securonix for a Sales Director role in NA. I know the field and their competitors. The pay is good but I’ve seen a handful of websites with employee rating that is really bad. Each site has roughly 10 reviews but most are negative.
