There are lot of mixed reviews about Nagarro.. some folks are saying Nagarro do not fire even in covid the only did the pay cuts and did not fire anyone... where as some folks are saying Nagarro is hiring rigorously more than their projects strength so firing will happen for sure and if you are on bench for more than 1 month you are in red zone as the same happened in past... what is the mystery.. can anyone from Nagarro an honest review about this organization.

When will this be over?
I see several posts from people asking how they can help during these times with a few extra $$$ to spend. Here is just one of many ideas.

#stepuptothetable is about helping local restaurants who are struggling during these times. I have seen numerous linkedin posts with videos where people challenge each other to step up to the table & buy meals & gift cards from their community restaurants. A great way for those of us who are more fortunate to support business & keep people employed.

Yes - as someone with both indoor (dust, mold, and dander) and outdoor (pollen, trees, grass, etc.) allergies that’s totally possible with the changing weather and being cooped up in your apartment
Also, believe her. If she thinks she could have COVID-19, she would be a decent human being and tell you so that you can watch out and then make your own decision about whether to stay home or not. I think it’s worth it to give people the benefit of the doubt, eh?
Yes
Sneezing is generally not a symptom of COVID19 - likely allergies

Yes, my allergies have been acting up too and I haven’t left the house.
Dead. SM1 🤣🤣🤣
Have her take a Claritin and see if it clears up

Here's a handy chart of symptoms
Pro
Yes, however there are many people with covid who also exhibit some of these other symptoms. One unique symptom that people have been mentioning— complete lack of smell and taste, and hyper sensitive skin. Ask your roommate if they can smell or taste.
The symptom is pretty extreme, like hold a bottle of nail polish remover / bleach to your nose and can’t smell it kind of extreme.

Yep, you can have allergies staying in lol. Does she get better if she takes an antihistamine?
Sneezing is not a Covid symptom

😂
A lot of people are allergic to dust mites
Rising Star
Yes, allergies are very bad right now, pollen counts are very high. Also, sneezing is not one of the common symptom of COVID-19. It’s dry cough, fever, shortness of breath/difficulty breathing.
Yes. My allergies have been horrid!
Chief
Probably not allergies
It’s probably allergies, especially if she’s been like this before.
Allergies are very commonly seasonal. The change of the season from winter to spring triggers allergies for a lot of people. Myself included.
Yes.
Allergies! You will know if she has the 19. Everyone’s allergies is through the roof.
My allergies have been going crazy and same with my fiancée. We keep thinking "oh no it's the corona," but symptoms never match up fully with COVID.
Pro
Does she have a fever/fatigue/sore throat/dry cough? Allergies tend to be mucus-y but usually clear/watery
For your own peace of mind, i would suggest moving out for a few days.
Pro
If she is coughing but has no fever (i.e., wouldn’t be an asymptomatic case because she is coughing), then it likely isn’t coronavirus. Something like 97%-99% of symptomatic cases show a fever for some period of time from what I’ve read. Main feature of the virus is a fever for people who aren’t asymptomatic. So when you consider that and add in the Sneezing, it is more likely allergies. But if you are high risk you can always take more precautions just in case.
