Okay, what city in Canada can I afford to live in with a salary under $75k? I've been wanting to move to Toronto or Vancouver but I can't find any apartments or condos I like in my price range.

During benefits selection this year , I chose HSA for the first time and I am informed that my account is opened today. While registering on Fidelity, I am asked to chose between FDRXX/FDIC .I would want to chose from available options and invest money. Which option I should be choosing of both ?
