Hello, I have an offer from Publicis Sapient for their product management internship program. Wondering if anyone has any insight into the program (exits, etc) and how the return offer looks like in terms of salary. I still also hold an interest in data science so might go with another offer but I’m not sure if it is a wise choice to let go of a PM offer while I have it.
Hello dear peers,
Someone please guide me about the hierarchy at DXC.
4.1 professional - 1
4.2 professional - 2
5 Senior Professional / Associate Manager
Where does manager lie in this hierarchy .
Is it above level 5 and is it called level 6.
And what is the salary range for Manager position.

30-40%?
Hard to say with out numbers but like when I was an sdr I was at 60k and managers were supposedly at 100k
Which makes sense as senior ae’s were at 80-90
Why do you want to be a manager? More work less pay. those who can’t do teach?

I have an OTE of 500k+ and get around 100k RSU/year. Yeah it's tough not making enough.
I've always more than my manager. Just sayin.
I hear that. But I’ve heard with my company that managers will make more once promoted so I’m just curious
A reasonable raise when transitioning from a sales role to a management position could range from 10% to 20%, depending on factors like the level of responsibility, industry standards, company budget, and individual performance.
Many companies have a written and sometimes unwritten rule, that when moving from on position to another inside the company, no matter what the job is, they have a cap in an increase. It would be a good idea to ask your HR person if your company has one before applying to any new position.
I don’t understand how you can expect someone to give you an estimate of how much more you should expect without knowing what you make now. I have made more than managers made in my sales roles. You could be taking a cut in pay.
This will depend on your long term goals. If we transition from sales to management, if you're good with sales, you're pay will probably go down, not up. Our salespeople that are good make more than their managers. Where you will make more money is by the future promotions as you go higher.
This depends if you like managing people. Management positions come with a different set of responsibilities. Also consider who you will be working for and if that person is someone who is a good coach to help you succeed in a management role.
