Hello Fishes, I have cleared both Technical and Manager rounds in Infosys. I have total experience of 3 years and relevant experience of 2.9 years in Java Full stack development. Currently holding an offer of 13LPA and ctc is 7.8 LPA.
Please help me regarding how much ctc I can expect/ask from Infy?

I am interviewing at and considering making a jump to Oracle as a Specialist Solutions Consultant.
The reason for my move is currently at Pega SCs are treated more as AEs or Account Managers. The role at Oracle would be more of a true SC position. I also feel that Oracle will look BETTER on a resume and someone as young as me would have BETTER programs in place to train me and give me the foundation needed to be a successful SC.

Probably you will be asked about the kind of engagements you have worked on— what your experience is within the vertical the role is.
They will be feeling out both your technical acumen and your ability to demonstrate business value.
Lastly— be yourself, and show your natural energy and enthusiasm for the job. Things like that always ring true when authentic.
All you need to prep is 1) Why Salesforce 2) Tell me about yourself 3) Have 3-4 past experiences handy. It’ll be conversational, and have your Qs ready for the hiring mgr to show interest.

Salesforce interview process focuses on competencies. Also, SE leadership must work well with RVP/sales leadership and gain their trust.
