In cognizant people are glue sticks and many are 99 perxsnr old times 7-13-15 years old so they don't have idea what's going out in market packages.

Simply seating in comfortable zone.. And this what cognizant profit...

People are seatingbon 8-12 lpa and even m level promotes long rimers at 15-16 package..


So if I think to leave it's good 👍.. Earn leave and early retire...

If everyone search for job in 15-18 months and on hike time as well then cognizant don't have guts to fire people.

Due to old or long time employment only people suffering..

Even no hike searing at 10 LPA.

I can tell u that in cognizant 12-13 year exp at A level seating at 9-10.5 lpa.

And SA level some are seeting at 12 LPA and 15-16 year exp.

After promoo feel like what they got.. It's nothing..

So in cognizant TCS people need to switch to show company real value of employees..

Currently I am having 11.3 yoe and already sitting at good ctc and won't be getting much package outside.
I will continue in CTS for next 7-8 months and learn 2-3 modern skills. Once I reach 12yoe slab, many companies will offer bigger packages for senior roles. Baaki mera bas chLe tou ajj hi resign krdu! 😑 CTS is so so boring company.

ps 2 of my teammate volunteerly left as their bench period was almost over n they couldn't find project. They took 5 month salary n left

What's that good CTC that you are so satisfied, I am also at 11 yoe, 35 fixed in CTS , now holding offer of 47 and yet I am giving more interviews for potential 50-55 CTC

What 40 lakh was a year back is today 30 lakh value due to INR low performance against dollar and euro. INR is getting weaker and weaker .

I guess you are earning 55-60 lakh pa and hence this extreme satisfaction???

Which Tech Stack

I appreciate Cognizant for the opportunity, but I intend to leave as soon as I secure another job. This is an environment where employee well-being is not prioritized, and there is a lack of basic professional etiquette. Some managers seem to have limited exposure beyond this organization, having spent their entire careers here, and tend to behave as though they are indispensable.
Coming from reputed organizations where employees are valued for who they are rather than just their positions, I find that culture missing here. Four of my teammates have left within a few months, some even without another offer in hand, which reflects the growing dissatisfaction.
The environment is becoming increasingly toxic, and it feels like there is no clear way forward. I am actively trying and hoping to secure a better opportunity soon. It also seems that success here often depends more on navigating internal politics and choosing words carefully, rather than being recognized for actual work.

Which TechStack? Java?

Hey everyone. I found out we are expecting our first child and I’m really nervous. I got into consulting one year ago and I’m up for promotion this year. With timing of our performance conversations I would have to inform I’m pregnant before outcomes - then shortly after the promotion effective date I would go on a leave for due date. I’ve worked really hard and I’m worried our wonderful news will throw chances with this :(- also if I don’t get promoted pretty sure it’s up or out. Any advice?

One of my top talents just put in his two weeks notice and I had nothing to offer him to stay. I told upper management this was going to happen! I had a great review and a 5.5% raise and a great bonus at my company. But I also got a new Director and a peer manager of mine left the company, so I will be absorbing her team.
