RTO started last fall, and I can already see my health taking a hit. During covid, I started a running and workout routine for health reasons, and made good progress. Clear mental health benefits too.

Good for you. I used to ride a bike to work prior Covid but I suffered stroke last 2022. I can only do very light exercise and it's really frustrating.

Love this! When I lived in Brooklyn, I would run home after work (pre-Covid) and it was a great way to de-stress after a workday and I got my workout in during my commute. Returning to the office has definitely impacted my workout schedule since so much time needs to go into getting work-ready and commuting. I have a peloton bike which helps motivating me and allows me to work out at home at any hour. I also plan my longer workouts during the weekend.
Never made it up to a year so congrats for all that
