After submitting my resume for the Global Finance and Business Management full time position at JP Morgan (my dream job!), I got a HireVue invite the next day! However, I completed it 9 days ago and still have no response....
When do we get a response in average, and after how much time does it mean I probably am not getting an offer to continue?
Thanks!

I have two years of automotive/aerospace manufacturing experience and am looking for new opportunities. I recently applied to a Solution Engineer - Commercial Manufacturing, Automotive, Energy (MAE) role at Salesforce, and it sounds like a great fit. Is anyone willing to offer me a referral or advice on how to move forward in the hiring process? Salesforce
Hi there. Ex Deloitte Sr Mgr here, currently in tech pre sales (SaaS / MarTech). Recently spoke to both Salesforce and Adobe recruiters for roles that I thought were lateral moves (Sr SA / Sr SC), therefore I did not proceed with the selection process. The recruiters from both companies told me they typically hire at that level, and people are considered for promotion to Principal in 1 to 2 years. I found that odd. Is that right? What’s the typical TC for SAs and SCs there? (15+ yrs exp).

Update: So I emailed the recruiter once again this morning as a last effort and she responded! She had an emergency come up that prevented her from being able to call and reach out! We rescheduled the interview for next week, so hopefully everything goes well!
Happens a lot nowadays. I just keep a list of them and ping them once a week and ask if there’s any updates. Everything is expensive now except human capital so they get the pick of the litter for pennies on the dollar. A weekly ping keeps the doors open as they grind through applicants that they’re also probably putting hold over market hesitancy. Keep your chin up. Keep fighting the good fight. You’ll get something better in the end.
I wouldn't pursue or waste your time on it. If they're not going to hold to their scheduled interviews than it's probably not worth your time. I'd start applying elsewhere.
Just as a heads up, idk how much growth smartsheet even has left so may not be a huge loss
This same thing happened to me with a recruiter from Amazon. I emailed her and also messaged her on LinkedIn (she had accepted my connection request) and never heard back from her. Unfortunately it seems like these are the times we’re in. Hopefully she reaches back out to you in the next day or two to reschedule
